3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Timepiece Treks and our third-party suppliers.
• Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, as specified for the particular service. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other travel documents required for your chosen itinerary. Timepiece Treks can advise on general requirements but does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Timepiece Treks acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any acts, omissions, or delays on the part of these third-party suppliers, nor for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or other services. Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you which arises out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the value of the services purchased.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance should cover cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings. Timepiece Treks is not responsible for any costs incurred due to your failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timepiece Treks, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your breach of any of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Timepiece Treks or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our express written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
